Working group / Vocational training
The working group is actively working on identifying challenges and solutions for the small and middle-sized enterprises in the metalworking industry: the generational change and a shortage of qualified labour.
In the couple of last years, the working group directed following projects:
- EQF (to harmonize the description of eight educational levels)
- EMU-pass
- ESCO – the EU classification for skills, competences, qualifications and occupations
In the future (after the first meeting end of June), this group will be replaced by the EMU Green Manufacturing working group.
